        If there is an advice i can give, stay away from this company. There are located somewhere out of the uk, with a wharehouse in Manchester. If you have any problem, good luck to solve it. Returned goods to them, they kept saying not received it, and when i finally got back home and gave them the tracking number which shows it was signed for, they said it was royal mail signature not the person who received the parcel. I must be dreaming !!!

        Bought a silent alarm clock, which is not silent and kept me awake with the annoying fast tick. Had to throw it out of the bedroom as it kept me awake. Really disappointed.

        Selling fake and dangerous goods so please be aware when purchasing. They were raided by Police, trading standards and HMRC in December 2019. Just Google Aulola Raid.

        Do not purchase any products from this supplier!!!! I put in a bulk order of back braces, not only did they change the physical product due to stock issues. But they sent the wrong sizes, but did not notify me. This meant I was selling products on amazon with the wrong description. This lead to my amazon sellin account to be closed down permanently. I asked for a refund, however they did not comply and going through PayPal will not help. They will give an address in China to ship the product back too, which costs more than the whole order. So I suggest you order from a different supplier as they are not trust worthy!!!!!!

        FAKE SELLER, AVOID PLEASE! I placed an order and they only sent me few items worth of 120 and kept whole amount 300, sent tracking number to paypal claiming that the whole order been delivered! Paypal also supporting the seller, seems they got fully Paypal supprt and ripping off ppl with their support. I have fighted very hard provided all documents/evidences including email conversation but paypal keeping a soft corner for fake sellers for their commission. I have raised this with my bank now and hoping to get this resolved. Happy to provide further details if anyone needs.
