        Would leave no stars if I could. Ordered Saturday for next day delivery (mother's day) and it's still hasn't arrived it's now Wednesday. Company claims they're looking into it. I've explained I don't want the product now it was meant to be a mother's day gift. Apparently nothing they can do at this point. Stay well clear of this scam company

        Absolutely dreadful customer service. My parcel should have been delivered next day, Im several days on, no-one seems to know where my parcel is or interested in helping me.

        Horrendous service and company. 2 weeks tomorrow I would of been waiting for my order, Hermes the courier who they have sent it with are non contactable. The customer service is shocking for beauty bay: there has been no update since last week, avoid like the plague. Worst service I have come across will never be ordering with these again!!!
