Checked the website and had some planning and booked my holiday for end of June(kept 70 days for the Visa application just in case) Then registered and tried to book an appointment which will never happen ! I tried to book an appointment but there is no slots in April and May. Why you guys dont care about people time, energy and money? Why you dont mention in that bloody old school website that there is no appointment available for the next 50 days! Not even premium Just cancelled my holiday and paid 100 admin fee before losing all the money. Bad experience!

Bls Manchester is the best visa office we have visited so far in our four visa appointments Please visit to witness for yourself Specially one staff member at room 12 She is excellent in her job and does her work with such a friendly approach that it ends all anxiety. Will go out of the way to help you finish your appointment successfully else other places we are sent back

Lady at suite 12 is brilliant Thank you so much for all your help It was a wonder experience because of you. Bls appointment is difficult to get but once you reach Manchester office this staff makes your day
