Although I really didn't believe I would forget to fill in such important information and vaguely remembered that I couldn't proceed to the next step without filling in such information fields with an asterisk, I wasn't 100% sure, so I was still confused and in self-doubt by the incomplete information on the application form she showed me.
Even more ridiculously, when I got home and filled out the form after re-registering on the TLS website, I discovered, as I suspected, that nationality and date of birth were mandatory fields with an asterisk and the system would not allow the form to be submitted without this information as it would immediately and automatically jump back to where it was not filled in. Therefore, without filling in this information, I could not submit and proceed to the next step and then make an appointment and pay the fee.
However, interestingly, like she showed me the form with incomplete information. I was actually able to submit the application form with incomplete information, pay the fee, then come to the office centre, queue for over two hours and finally be told that my application was not accepted because the information was incomplete. So what is the truth? I think only she knows.

The problem is that I did exactly what the website told me to do while filling the application form, which is 447xxxxxxxxx. However the staff told me that I have to put a zero after 44, which means 4407xxxxxxxxx. What kind of rule is that? Theres no bloody reason behind it and they just want to earn money.
I tried to call the company and they did nothing and refused to refund my application fee. Theres also no way to complain on their website. The company is terrible. The experience is also horrible.
