    I think that the staff deceived me because the reasons I was refused were ridiculous and laughable. The reason my visa application could not be processed was because I had not filled in my nationality and date of birth on the TLS application form. She also immediately showed me a printout of the TLS application form that she had prepared in advance regarding the incomplete information I had filled in (everything was suspicious) and told me that I could not cancel the appointment or change the TLS information form and that I would have to make a new appointment. Although I really didn't believe I would forget to fill in such important information and vaguely remembered that I couldn't proceed to the next step without filling in such information fields with an asterisk, I wasn't 100% sure, so I was still confused and in self-doubt by the incomplete information on the application form she showed me. Even more ridiculously, when I got home and filled out the form after re-registering on the TLS website, I discovered, as I suspected, that nationality and date of birth were mandatory fields with an asterisk and the system would not allow the form to be submitted without this information as it would immediately and automatically jump back to where it was not filled in. Therefore, without filling in this information, I could not submit and proceed to the next step and then make an appointment and pay the fee. However, interestingly, like she showed me the form with incomplete information. I was actually able to submit the application form with incomplete information, pay the fee, then come to the office centre, queue for over two hours and finally be told that my application was not accepted because the information was incomplete. So what is the truth? I think only she knows.

    My appointment was at 14.30, I was seen at 16.50. things were really slow with other applicants. Most of the issues were apparently people not having the right photographs (there was no guidance anywhere online or on the emails). There are photo booths available but people didn't use them till it was their turn, which delayed the process for everyone else by at least 2. Make sure your application has all details on it otherwise it will cause more delays for you and others. It was an exhausting process. But when it was actually my turn, things went swiftly and I was done in 5 Minutes, paperwork and biometrics.

    The staff who served me was really rude and extremely unreasonable, she refused to took my application just because of missing a zero for my phone number. The problem is that I did exactly what the website told me to do while filling the application form, which is 447xxxxxxxxx. However the staff told me that I have to put a zero after 44, which means 4407xxxxxxxxx. What kind of rule is that? Theres no bloody reason behind it and they just want to earn money. I tried to call the company and they did nothing and refused to refund my application fee. Theres also no way to complain on their website. The company is terrible. The experience is also horrible.

    We live in a world where people are free. But we are not free, we are treated like official slaves. I called TLSC on the phone, it was said that it was open, but the time and time information was not given. I was told that I can be checked on the internet and I checked, it says TLSC is open. I drove for 2 hours and came to TLSC but its doors are closed. They know how to charge for every service, but the service is zero!!! It was called 14:00 for the first appointment, but they did not let me in and I was able to go inside at 14:40, it was very cold outside. I have submitted all my documents and passport in full and my check-out time is 16:30. This money eye business center does not deserve 1 star and I see that they have hardly earned 3.5 stars. This business has been licensed for this service, but there is no control. Because the big bosses are happy because there is good money inside.
