I have an old Henry vacuum cleaner that I suspected needed a new motor and being increasingly conscious of what I throw away I wondered if it was possible to fix it, rather than taking it to the tip and buying a new one. (I know nothing about electronics!) All the staff I spoke with on the phone and in the shop are a credit to Barlows - all were polite, patient and helpful with me and other customers. After fitting a new motor Henry was ready to collect and theyd even replaced the hose nozzle free of charge and cleaned and polished the scuffs off the outside! Cost me half the price of a new cleaner and came with a 12 month guarantee. Absolutely exemplary speedy service, thank you very much!

Brilliant service from start to finish.only dropped my Dyson off yesterdayand it was ready todayI was considering buying a new one until I was recommended to try Barlows. Thanks guys really appreciate it, it works like brand new again.see you soon with my other one!
