No service for 8 days in February 2023. Called them in March to ask why my bill had not been reduced. I was not paying my bill until I had an answer. After being told the above I paid my bill. The following month, April, I received a bill, again with no reduction and late payment charges. Again, I was not paying my bill until it was resolved. I sent them numerous emails with no response from them, however they still manage to send you reminders that you haven't paid your bill. I will be reporting them to OFCOM and trading standards. After restrictions were imposed on my account on the 26.04.23, my final email to them was that they are impossible and ignorant and they have just lost a customer and left. Avoid Talktalk at all costs.

Had full fibre installed yesterday 17/4/23 and now my telephone is out of order phoned three times to get an engineer back out to fix it only to have the phone hung up on me twice and no satisfaction on the third call so it's off to the lawyers on Friday to take legal action against this firm as I'm paying for a service that I'm not getting and has been happening for a good few months the phone not working and taking 5 to 10 days to get repaired

One of the best companies in the UK. Despite its size, it's long way better than many other ISP giants in the country. I know some customers may complain, but believe me this place is driving the best customer experience and support across all existent telecommunication companies

Make sure you keep proof of all transactions as I cancelled my account 2years ago and sent my router and cables back,yet in March 2023 I received a letter saying if I didn't return equipment they were going to charge me 50,as for trying to explain to customer service s was a waste of time all though spent 30mins on phone trying to explain they still didn't resolve their problem
