        Possibly the WORST telecoms company have ever had to deal with. Slow, unresponsive, poor communication, the list goes on. Have recently been bought out so may now improve but I certainly wouldn't put any contracts through them.

        Don't touch this business. I tried to cancel my 12 month rolling contract (taken out in 2013) within the cancellation period but have been told that I owe them an early cancellation fee, I sent proof that this is not the case 2 months ago. this has been ignored and now we are ready to move they have put a stop on us moving. We are ready to move today but they are holding me ransom until I pay them 1,700 - a years fee which I don't legally owe them. It is absolutely disgraceful that companies like this can get away with treating small businesses in this way.
