        My daughter got on wrong train and got off at next stop in middle of nowhere. I live near Blackpool so was panicking as it was late at night. Thankyou to the lady on end of phone who reassured me a taxi was on its way to bring her home. I spent the next 20 minutes on phone to my daughter until driver arrived ( he was amazing). I got a text to say your daughter is safe and in taxi. Thankyou so much for the peace of mind. Highly recommend this company for their actions. Driver was called Dale. Thankyou again xx
