        Rude staff. Ive been to send some parcels bought through Yodel collect+ and the staff wasnt helpful, been sent back home to get my own tape to stick the label on while it clearly states on the website they should provide you with a sticky Jiffy bag for the label. Not helpful, rejected the parcels on many occasion, this should be removed from collect plus stores.

        Horrible rude people. How places hire such terrible staff is beyond me. Don't expect them to offer you much courtesy, or even be polite. Don't drop off any DHL parcels here, they turned my girlfriend away rudely in the rain, and would not even let her in to shelter in the rain while she waited for a taxi.
