Tasha Ive contacted justeat on many occasions and they now refuse to answer my emails and have told me on multiple occasions its there company policy not to give refunds as I cant prove I did not receive the out of stock items its Asdas responsibility to make sure there customers are treated fairly and justeat have left me over 26 out of pocket you need to know what they are doing to me and other people so anyone reading this DO NOT ORDER GROCERIES OFF JUSTEAT APP FROM ASDA because you will not get a refund for missing items

Never again! Noone is serving at the till. Self service only. Why??? The two shop assistant too busy to talk to each other. Seemed like they had nothing to do. I had to find things, serve myself and paid for it. There is something wrong with this... I shouldn't be doing their job! Maybe Asda should review this attitude towards their customers and ask their assistants to work at the till.
