        Been waiting 30 minutes at number 1 in the queue I know full well that reception wouldn't be speaking to anyone for 30 mins but it is like this all the time, can never get through its just such a vital service that is run and managed so badly. Appaling. Nobody answers calls and the waiting list just to be in contraception is months. Unacceptable they should shut down the service as its just a waste of tax payers money

        I had an implant removal on February 2nd 2023. Nurse was really professional and comforting. It was a quick and considerate procedure and all staff were accommodating, kind and calm.

        Never answer phone. And they lie saying there is no one to answer phone. They do admin work and ignore calls. The time I had to go in and book an appointment they were sat down at computer ignoring calls
