        I bought a smartthings camera and it did not work, I requested the return and it took a few days to do it, the days passed and I did not receive the documents for the return, so I made the return one day before the deadline was met. I did it by post office with delivery signature required. Two days after the deadline for the return, the documents for the return arrived, it was too late since I had already sent the camera by my own means, I followed up by post offices and the package arrived there on July 31 of this year .To this day I do not receive a refund from inspire tech uk ltd or eoutlet.co.uk they have required me to send proofs of delivery and supplied them on different occasions and now I do not have a refund or the camera, everything was lost and inspire tech or eoutlet did not solve my problem alone they were close to 50 and thankfully it was not a greater amount. leaves much to be desired this store.DO NOT BUY HERE
