        Firstly I was placed in a block of flats that didn't even have lighting in the corridor. The apartment was a total dump. Kitchen looked half finished and draws filled with things of other. Washing machine had dirty linen in it. TV in bedroom. Not in communal area which had to be tuned in. Bathroom had rusty radiator dirty shower mat, for a shower you had to hold by hand as hook was no match. Dirty curtains bugs on windowsill. This is not the place shown on its website. Clean linen and towels but you can't polish a turd. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Absolutely shocking, I've stayed in better caravans.

        The most disgusting service by every single member of there team. Deposit amount was changed after the booking confirmation was placed. Ben the so called manager, did not even give a courtesy call to explain this. Reception members of staff didnt give any insight or information about this and I never once got a call from the manager that was promised more than once.
