Very bad company to work with rude staff especially when you need to talk they cut you off, no basic work ethics, they take too long to respond to requests, shouting at support workers during phone calls, bad and not well organised company especially Isabelle doesn't really listen to you and jumps to conclusions at wrong timing.

Worst care provider, that ignored all of my health issues and exploited my disabilities 5 years ago. They actually called the police when my friend stayed over for the weekend - and was told to legally leave my property. Also tried to convert me to be a religious induvidual to help with my ASD. Big middle finger is all I can say.

Companies like this one shouldn't be allowed anywhere near children. Some people are just in this type of work for the money Do you not think these children have had enough upset in their lives. Shame on you and all your staff what allowed this to happen when these children should have been looked after and felt safe. I do this job to make a real difference to the children in my care... I hope this company and the staff never go near vulnerable children again..

The worst employer that I have ever had. When I had problems at work I got more support from the client than from the employer! I gave years of excellent service and NOTHING in return when ALL that I needed was a reference that reflected that. They make staff pay for training that should be given for free, make them pay into the owners personal bank account! When you leave, they ignore references requests and will cost you dearly! I lost a really good job because of them just because they couldnt be bothered to give a reference! Their business model is to exploit newly arrived African students that they recruit from Salford university! Stay away!!! You pay for training that is not worth the paper that its written on, no other employer will accept it!
