So far, awful service. I applied in September for a role at the university, constant back and forth between them over validating my identity, they asked for my passport, which I told them I no longer have yet received constant email replies asking me to provide it. After having enough, I went into branch with other forms of identity, they said it's perfect and that I can expect my contract in no more than a week - A month has passed, I asked for a follow up and they said I need my passport - Again, I replied that I had arranged this in branch, they confirmed they had received the correct details and that they can proceed, nine days pass and no update, I email them and they give me the same response that I need my passport. Beginning to lose interest in the role as of recently, horribly organized and the worst application process I have ever gone through - If you can say I've even gone through it all. This entire process has taken two months, about to enter into the third.

This organisation is ran by Micky Mouse himself, if you can help it, dont ever get a serious job there unless you want to be thrown under a bus
