Incredible negative experience with this company. They are entirely employer-orientated and have done nothing but hinder all job application processes thus far. It says a huge amount about the company that they are incapable of finding a position for someone with a degree and 30+ years of experience. Extremely disappointed and disillusioned. Andy at Orchard has been AMAZING I would 1000% recommend! Id never used a recruiter before but it made the whole process from initially looking for a job, to applying, interviewing and accepting, so smooth and simple. Andy really knows his stuff and helped me bag a great new job, paying much more than my previous one with lots of scope for progression and I am very chuffed, he did lots of the liaising with my new employer for me, discussing things like salaries so I didnt need to have those awkward conversations. The whole process was amazing and Andy has been so helpful!!
