        Equipment is often damaged, the Aircon is hard to work which leaves rooms a bit smelly.

        Atrocious. Set up our equipment only to find that one side of the pa was seriously distorting. After using the online help, we got moved to the large showcase room, so had to move all our equipment and then set it all up again, then couldn't get vocals through the PA. After individual testing various mic, cable and desk channel combinations, we discovered two of the three microphones didn't work. Managed about 30 mins rehearsal and we were offered a 10% discount. Surely basic upkeep of equipment is a must for any rehearsal room. Update. Been back since. Absolutely no parking near the studio. All adjacent business using the spaces, completely uncontested and unmonitored by pirate studios. Had to park nearly a mile away and walk. Then microphone not working. Still atrocious.
