Properties converted to HMOs with very dodgy workmanship, i live in a neighbouring property and have seen first hand the low standard used. The owner of this company also oversaw the building work. As you can see from this picture there is about 4 missing bricks and the flat roof is unfinished.

Terrible house management, had to wait for a fridge to be fixed for over a week and even then they sent us a second hand one from market place, damp everywhere that they sprayed over rather than actually fix it properly leaving a chemical smell in my week that I had to air out my room the whole day and sit in the kitchen as it was giving me a headache constantly blamed us for a street wide rat problem and miscalculated the rent amount owed in an effort to get them to keep my deposit along with MANY other problems regarding the house. terrible company, whatever you do dont use this company

The Urban Space has been very helpful with the management of my HMO properties in Salford. They have been quick to get tenants in all of my houses and exceptional with ensuring my houses are compliant. The Director is really helpful in terms of maximising the output of each of my assets and really going the extra mile to ensure my cashflow is protected. It helps that he is portfolio landlord too.
