They avoid any issues at any opportunity. I dont think theyve ever managed to find a contractor that has met a deadline and that seems to be all they have responsibility for so an enormous fail on Salford councils plastic labour nature.

I moved in over a year ago and my hot water still isnt working properly. I get 30 minutes worth of hot water a day!!! The boost button doesnt work to allow for more. Raised this issue more times than I can count but I work full time ! I dont have the time to constantly phone the customer service line / use the customer portal to get this fixed. Its getting to the point where Ill stop paying rent to make a point ! *** update, the hot water has finally been fixed and they sent someone out to teach me how to programme the hot water. I'm a happy chappy so I'll change this from one star to 2. There are still other issues that haven't been fixed but lets take it one step at a time haha ***

Shocking customer service, whoever Dan is from repairs team needs a course on customer service & communication, so dismissive with a bad attitude, No customer compassion atall, disgusting.

unable to deliver a reasonable service, not impressed, would not recommend.
