Absolute shambolic company to say the least. Damage caused to my vehicle due to a lack of regular maintenance checks, a simple 30 second visual check would of flagged up the damaged bollard and prevented it falling into my car, and when I contacted Barlow Moor regarding the damage, I was told they would not be responding further as they Dont accept any liability, keep in mind that children live in the property also and had one of them so much as touched the bollard it could have easily fell on them. Impossible to get hold of when theres issues (not if), 3 snapped bollards in the car park with razor sharp, rusted wires sticking up above the tarmac ( 3 months like this), waste disposal door constantly broken, internal doors forever not closing correctly, the front door to the building doesn't open from the outside so everyone has to use the side door. Exceptionally rude when you finally do get through to them. Anyone considering using this company or renting a property "managed" by them, I strongly advise you to reconsider.

I have been living in one of the properties, prestbury court, this company "manages" for the last few years and I have had nothing but bad experiences. The problems I have called in with are rarely dealt with and when they are, it takes multiple calls and external pressure to get things done. So if your looking for a company that will work quickly and diligently forget about it! The lift in our building has been broke since we moved in and we were told that it will never be fixed? Brilliant. Disabilities not welcome here then. The way they speak to you when you report an issue is also disgraceful. No compassion or empathy. They actually make you feel like you have some how offended them by asking them to take care it and speak to you like rubbish. Call backs never happen either. The lady's will always say "yeah ok, I can't deal with that, I'll have Martin phone you back". Now god knows who Martin is but I've never had a call back (in nearly 4 years). All in all I have not enjoyed having to be involved with this company a situation made worse in that I have to rely on them with a lot of issues. I think they forget that their incompetence effects families day to day standard of living. I can not wait to move out and wash my hands of this place and company.
