Absolutely poor, I live with 3 children my youngest has asthma aswell as a heart condition, been waiting for over 2 weeks for my boiler to be fixed. There a joke just don't care

A mixed review as the beginning of my tenancy was horrific in comparison to the end. A couple of years ago I was going through a very traumatic time in which I needed the keys to the property asap as I was essentially homeless. I was told that there was a delay due to the cleaners making it ready. When I finally got the keys I could not believe the property had ever been recently inhabited. It was filthy and full of rodent excrement inside the cupboards etc. Essentially there was no way a cleaner had been in.. For the first few weeks I made a vast array of home improvements to make it liveable. I reported all the issues in the beginning to Delta including pictures of the filth and grime and the list of repairs that needed doing. I was lucky if I got anyone round at all, and if they did they never came back. The boiler packed in near winter, luckily this was replaced however even the workman was surprised the boiler was still there has he had explained before prior me moving in that it needed replacing. During my 2nd year things turned around for the better. I feel like there was an internal shift if management because as soon as I got my property inspection the long list of things that needed repairing were done . The main office were useless but I was reassured that if I needed anything to reach out to Yisroel. Through him my last year in the property was a pleasant one and it is a shame I was not acquainted sooner. Overall if you get hold of the right people your stay will be a pleasant one and the checkout process was a simple and seamless one with a quick turnaround with the deposit reimbursement.
