I had been looking round for a hands-off property investment for a couple of months and responded to most of the propositions received by email. A disappointingly few listened to my criteria and came up with proposals worth investigating and, of those, LPC Invest came out on top in my view. Ryan was especially helpful pre-sales, researching the answers to my (many) questions rather than winging it like a lot of others did. But special thanks goes to Kerry who relentlessly chased progress with the legal side literally 24/7 to get completion through on my very tight schedule. There were inevitably a few small differences between the sales propositions and the legal reality, but certainly no show stoppers. So my thanks to the whole team at LPCInvest for presenting the opportunity and executing the acquisition. Of course the crunch point is if the investment performs according to plan. Time will tell. I'll update this review in a few months when I have the answer.
