Moved into our second student accommodation in 2021 and left in 2022, when we arrived our house was in an unacceptable state, the couch was broken, our fridge was filthy, most of our radiators weren't attached to the wall properly and we had a rat infestation under the oven in the kitchen. Mistoria refused to assist us with these issues stating that their turnover period made them too busy to help. We sorted out most of these issues ourselves and had to fight for months to claim our deposit once we moved out. Avoid at all costs they prey on students who are looking for their first place to move out. And they've deleted negative reviews.
