The woman behind the counter got the address wrong on two separate occasions even though they were clearly marked. One was a birthday present that I paid next day delivery for and it was sent to my address instead of the recipient. They refused to take responsibility and I had to repay at another post office.
The females are rude and will quickly become defensive and aggressive if you challenge them. How this place is still operating is beyond my belief.
Also, the store smells strongly of mold, it needs a serious clean and ventilation. I'm surprised no one has contacted the council regarding the risks of breathing in mold spores.
Do yourself a favour and use another post office!
