Great staff and service and you can pay into your own bank account and withdraw money from the counter saves going to the precinct or your own bank

If I could I would give zero stars. This is probably the worst post office Ive ever come across.....staff are so miserable...avoid!

I attempted to split my 67 energy voucher between my gas and electric and was told that I wasnt able too despite Bulb stating clearly on the letter that I was able too, with resistance from the workers when challenging why they couldnt.

Asked for the energy discount scheme to be split between my gas and electricity, they said you can only use it for one of them. Eon says you can split this payment when on top up key between both. So these are making people choose between having your heating on or your lights. With the current economic climate how can they make you choose. It is our money so we should be able to split it between both.
