I had a hydra facial done yesterday. The treatment was fine. Not the best Ive had in overall experience. I got the one with the LED light in the end. The goggles were put wrong and the medical beautician left the room immediately after putting it on and turning on the LED lights, not giving me time to request adjustment. I was alone in the room for about 15 minutes, it felt a lot longer, not able to move, couldnt see or adjust myself. There was no one around to help or to check in on me for the whole time. I was very uncomfortable. The goggles hurt my nose, left mark still visible today and took away the experience. Not sure id recommend the place.

I have been having treatments with Jade at Este Medical for quite a while now. She is super knowledgable and skilled in what she does to make sure I achieve good results. Jade has always made me feel comfortable and the sessions are enjoyable, I always look forward to returning. I couldnt ask for anything more!

No result nothing they are super expensive staff have good guts to sell theirs super expensive products they charge me 3000 pounds for my treatment zero result I don't no what should I call their medical advisor incompetence or greedy. I will advise to everyone don't waste your money.

Had my first session of hair removal with lovely Jade, I was quite nervous but she made me feel comfortable. Jade was very nice and chatty, will recommend her big time xxx

I have been having laser treatments with Jade and i can honestly say shes the best therapist ive had. Shes very informative and happy to answer any questions that ive had. Shes made me feel at ease at every session. The whole experience has been positive so far cant wait to see the end results.
