Very well organised and delivered first aid training course. As someone who had done a few of these in the past I found it to be an excellent refresher. Mark and Saied were both very professional and friendly with good sense of humour and some interesting real-life stories. The course itself was very well structured and had the right balance between theory and practice, allowing us to get the best of both worlds. Would highly recommend to anyone who has or has never done one before.

First class Emergency First Aid course. Hands on experience with CPR using a dummy and individual training in use of a defibrillator. Very covid friendly and easy to pass. Thanks to teacher for well presented informative instruction.

I had a session with one of the physios. I am really pleased with the professionalism and the quality of the service I got. I have been suffering with back and neck pain for years, and I came out of the clinic as a new person. Just after the first session I realised how much pain I was. Before I could not move my head, could not sleep on my stomach and often had tingling feeling in my fingers and of course regular headaches. Since the first session I can see over my right shoulder- left side is still to work on- , I got also exercises to practice, and enjoying the fact that I am not in heavy pain anymore is hard to express. I am definitely a returning and regular client. Highly recommend. Beautiful clinic and amazing staff!

We had a great First Aid training with Media City Physio and Training Center. It was structured, well organised, considered All COVID-19 measures. At the same time we had plenty of opportunities to do life examples that prepared us well for real life issues to deal with. The training showed us many life like examples, photos, covered the syllabus really well and was spiced with a lot of humour and jokes. Highly recommend it to anyone!
