Inexcusable, appallingly slow service, no sense of urgency and absolutely no attempt at efficiency. Sweet, friendly lady at the counter, but customers are totally let down by her colleagues. Impossible to get anyone to answer the phone, too. Clearly, they have an apathetic and complacent attitude towards customers. What they need is some stiff competition to emerge, as they currently have no incentive to provide the level and speed of service that their customers deserve.

Friendly reliable professional pharmacy. Has my meds ready for me each time, if not then get them quickly. Very personable staff who are very friendly. They make sure the meds I require are in stock each time and make the whole process simple and fast. They have fun things also like old school sweets, drumsticks, double dab sherbet etc etc. Can't ask for more. No complaints at all and Peter the manager is great. He helped sort out a medication for me with no problems. . 10/10

The staff are friendly. However every time the pharmacy doesnt have my full prescription and Im given an IOU slip to collect it later. Inconvenience to go and collect at the pharmacy over again. I go to pharmacy to collect the second half that was owed, and told pharmacist is on lunch for two hours so I have to come back later. Three visits to collect a single prescription. Ill be going to another pharmacy due to this. But the staff are generally friendly especially the lady at reception.

The entire staff of Ks chemist were nice,friendly and professional .A special shout out to the pharmacist Peter who gave the covid and flu jabs. He took out time to explain the process and was gentle when administering the vaccines.Id definitely recommend this pharmacy to everyone.
