Working with Cal has been an absolute pleasure! I've worked with him for around 1 year now. Before training with him I had never really used a gym much but it has now become a huge part of my lifestyle - I've learnt so much about how to lift weights, train effectively and manage my nutrition - and most importantly I've enjoyed the process! The training sessions are fantastic - but his coaching is more than just gym sessions. He will take time to listen to you - understand yours needs and will support you all the way - he will help balance your nutrition, lifestyle and help you build a strong mindset too. Working with Cal has been an absolute game changer for me - I've learnt so much and continue to do so. Would very highly recommend.

All programmes are tailored to your specific individual requirements to help you achieve the results you want. Cal is also extremely personable and fun to work and will continuously push you to your limits. No better coach than him!

I started training with Callum around 2 and a half years ago. Initially my goals were fat loss and to educate myself on strength training, which I had hoped would build up my confidence in the gym. Both were achieved within 8-12 weeks and here I am 2 years later constantly improving on those initial results, with not a hint of fear about how to approach my training in the gym. Callum will ensure you are set up with a solid foundation, giving you the knowledge and tools to work to a plan that suits you. There is no one size fits all approach with Omni Performance, training and nutrition plans are constantly adapted and Callum is always on hand to deal with any questions you have, however ridiculous you think they may be! With Callums approach to results, there is a heightened level of accountability when it comes to monitoring progress. You can see the areas you are excelling and where there is room for improvement week on week. If you hit the plans provided I can assure you, your desired results will be achieved, but you have to put the work in and you will quickly learn to love the process! The Omni Performance approach to training will help you create long term habits and routines, that will filter down to your day to life.
