        28/12 Candice is a very helpful polite young lady. She as lots of experience and knows her job I was very impressed with her knowledge.

        Called 14/12 to purchase perfume which had been showing as low stock. One member of staff around pm, so waited a while as a customer was purchasing quite a few items and she was offering free samples, free membership. When she was free I told her what I wanted, she said it was out of stock, picked up a clipboard and started writing. Appeared totally uninterested and distracted by whatever she was doing. I went on the website and found an alternative product, which I ordered for click and collect the following day. Went to collect and there were 3 different staff, which was much better and they were more attentive.
