Disappointed with the nursery. The nursery nurses are not trained, they do not look after kids. We had many times incidents and none of them knew what has happened even baby was crying. When we came to pick up our kid, they told us "Everything absolutely was fine" this was the phrase they always say like a robot-automatically no matter what has happened. Then we found out that our lo was bitten 3 times on both hands, when asking them whats happened obviously noone knew. We managed, hardly, with help of the Region Manger to check the cctv where clearly see the accident. The manager Gemma, she was lying saying that our lo was attaking another child, however on camera with the regional manager we have seen that another child actually was attaking our child. The nursery manager also was refusing to show us cctv, and thats how we escaleted to the Regioanl Manager. There were many other isuues from manager side. They are not interested in kids development, when we asked for a report which our helath visitor adviced that the nursery should do it, we have been told that manager needs to approve and we never received it, even after chasing multiple times. So it is very irresponsible approach. The nursery itself looks like they dont care about kids at all. Their menu is also not great which is 90% times is tuna sandwich... There is no variaty or alternatives. This is not the worst part. They letting kids play with water winter time outside and when they coming inside they are still wet, all socks and clothes and they dont bother to change them and next day fever... As a result of their approach, we have changed nursery and it is completely different situation, they are very attentive, listening what parents concerns are, engaging with kids, the menu is really nice and balanced. The manager is taking time everytime asking if everything is ok if we have any concerns. They know exactly what our child was doing, which shows that they are paying attention to kids, in general comminicating with them is so much easier, they hear what you are saiying. I would recommend to AVOID Kids Planet Salford Quays if you care about your child. I have heard from another parents some complaints as well. Iam so glad that we have changed the nursery.

I had the worse experience ever my son had been neglected even a simple task as given his his high engine milk was missed 4 times in 16 sessions.2 observations.his head was bruised no explanation. Speech and therapy applied a few face massages were not done. The management was the worse part full of excuse blamed work force and lies all through. Will be take it further with ofsted as no way its outs at and the level of neglect my special needs son had got is unfair.

This is an immaculate facility. It's a brand new build, so everything is new. The outdoor play area is incredibly secure and visually engaging for young minds.
