Not too busy, well maintained, clean and spacious.

I suffer from muscle loss and use the gym to build strength. I struggle getting on some machines and today I was really happy with the help and support from two young ladies who took time to help me and went above what they needed to do. Trouble is I've forgot their names but if I see them again I'll find out. It needed mentioning because they both worked and made it possible for me to train.

Amazing gym with lovely staff. I was recently helped out by a lovely young lady, Brianna I think her name was. She helped me out massively with my membership. Cant recommend this gym enough.
