        Did the job for a gig at the Victoria warehouse. Not a bad price and a five minute walk away.

        SCAM!!!! Similar to others I was charged a Penalty Notice even though I'd paid & displayed 1.!!!! ECP accept that I did pay as I have a card receipt but that I entered my numberplate wrong with 7 digits. The number they say I entered is totally random and cannot be due to 'Fat Fingers'. In fact my numberplate is personalised and just 6 digits long and I entered it when a work colleague was standing next to me. As I know I entered the correct details I have suggested that they have made an error or are deliberately scamming. They are still pursuing this and as I refuse to pay the 20 on principle, it looks like we will be going to court. I am gathering all the reviews as evidence of systemic scamming by ECP and it is they who should be prosecuted!!
