I actually love this works so much. It is in a nice location and it is never too busy. It has great deals and I can always count on finding books I like for bargain prices. The staff are lovely. I went there today and managed to get a jigsaw for 2 and a Tracy Beaker book for 2. I certainly saved at least a tenner. Totally recommend has something for all of the family.

The Works is inside The Loty Shoping Mall by Salford Quays. It us on the ground floor. They sell crafting things, stationary, books for both adults and children, cards, balloons, puzzles, and other random things. It is well worth checking it out. Great customer service here.

The Staff - on the floor ...and behind the counter where hospitable and competent in their product knowledge. I wanted PROCESS YELLOW ACRYLIC but only had LEMON YELLOW they told me to ring the other shop...I did and the reciever asked me to ring back while he checks stock at other shops. Unfortunately no shops in the Manchester area had any YELLOW ACRYLIC PAINT ...and the lat minute i picked up the remaining two cartons at The Quays shop for the bargain 10...SORTED.

JOSHUA, what a guy just like to say thoroughly nice lad and wanted to do nothing but help. Me and my girlfriend were buying two presents and he thought we were being over charged, he went to go get the manager just in case... But sadly the price was right ahaha. Just like to say thankyou Joshua hope you have a lovely day and great Christmas mate.
