My fear of public speaking is something that has alway got in my way at work. After my first session with Chris I knew that I was on the path to getting over this issue. Chris is a calm, honest and enlightening man. I felt at ease from the moment we met and since being helped to get over this fear I've also visited him to help me with other issues. I'm now 6 months on and speak monthly in front of at least 30 people with great ease... I've also not had a cigarette since starting my extra sessions with Chris. Money well spent and a friend made. Professional, courteous and friendly, Chris tailored a program for me to stop smoking and I have to say I haven't touched one since. Great service
