This service is extremely important, no words are enough to express my gratitude to the Staff in particular to Edward.

My friend attended this unit, was released and then un-alived himself, the staff unsuccessfully made contact with him, Police later found him 2 months later, if they had only looked at his social media accounts (which were/are public), they would have realised that he was in danger, This is not the NHS's fault, this is the fault of the culture of the worker's attitudes surrounding the unit, they need to be actively contacting patients, not just ring, but visit them also.. I hope to god nothing like this happens again because a such an event affects everyone around them.

I sometimes take reviews with a pinch of salt but, I must say, I was appalled at the consistent low ratings this place has attained. My Sons only been there a few days, I must admit ive experienced similar things, ie: putting phone down on you, cant understand half of what some of the staff are saying and they dont seem to have clue about the patients. So the juries still out as far as im concerned. Ill just monitor the situation for the moment and see if they merit an increase in my initial rating.!

my mum came out worse than she went in KEATS is absolutely awful the staff stay in the office and all the time and the patients wait outside the office and get told to go away if they interrupt their conversation once my Mum was treated at park house at north Manchester she got the help she needed and now been stable for 2 years
