I had a sports massage done on my shoulders and back today. This is the very first time I have bravely approached a male to help with the knots, as nobody has managed to tackle my issue for almost a year. The pain has become worse over time and stiffness began affecting working. Mark was very approachable, and it didn't take long for my nerves to calm down. The room was very clean and tranquil. I couldn't fault the actual process of the massage itself neither. He kept me well informed before doing anything and the pressure was on point. Highly recommend this massage to all. Thanks again Mark, was lovely seeing you- will be seeing you soon.
