I really hope you are reading this review before signing up to a marketing campaign with this company. Unlike me. I read all these reviews afterwards and kicked myself for not researching first. NB: IF YOU ARE READING THIS AFTER HAVING A SIMILAR EXPERIENCE, PLEASE REPORT THEM TO TRADING STANDARDS FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT (Trading Standards need a certain number of complaints before they will pursue it further). Call the CAB for free advice and help how to do this. UPDATE May 2018: I have now succeeded in getting a CCJ issued against this company and am taking steps to recover my money. I urge you not to give up, it's worth pursuing legal action - it cost me so very little and they now have a poor credit rating. My experience: I was promised a top-3 google ad for 31days, with expected conversion rate leading to 10-15 new clients. Like others have done, I paused the campaign after 2wks and was charged an unauthorised second payment a month later. They refused to refund, referring me to the contract - but I decided to pursue it further. My bank's resolution dispute legal team took up the case for me and they were so sure the 2nd payment was unauthorised that they refunded me the money themselves while they chased the company for it. I urge you that if you are in a similar position, take it further - this is how these charlatans are making their money, as they try and intimidate small businesses with 'legal' jargon. I also gathered evidence to show that my 'marketing campaign' wasn't in the top 3 for some of the campaign period, in fact it wasn't even on the 1st page. I have started legal proceedings and will take this all the way. Cowboys like this need to be caught - they prey on small businesses without the resources to take legal action, and they're laughing all the way to the bank.

Very happy with their service, did everything they stated. I was sceptical at the start due to some reviews but i took the plunge and it paid off. Highly recommend.

Fraudsters, Talk you into a market solution and marketing for your business, than say they'll only take one payment on Privately Sold UK Name of 237.60 and than only if we want to continue. Than without permission have charged 237.60 on our card every month for the last 6 Months. Currently owe my company 1,425.60, charged 6 payments without any permission. No results from their marketing Fraudsters, DO NOT USE THEM!!!

They asked for a lump sum so that I would come up top of the google maps. They said that it would be constantly tweaked. I have emailed them 4 times and they have not replied. When trying to look at their website, I am now blocked. PLEASE BE WARNED. They will take your money and then not respond to emails.
