I would definitely use The Talking Shop again and again! I've organised and moderated lots of focus groups, but this venue was fantastic. The staff were helpful, communicative, and patient - a pleasure to work with. The venue itself is exactly what you need - the rooms are the right size and the viewing room is a great place to relax and listen in. If I'm ever "up north" again, I wouldn't look anywhere else, I'd return to The Talking Shop.
