Ive used Polti Steamers for my cleaning business for the last 15 years, customer service is excellent any issues I have are always solved quickly. Polti have replaced 2 items for me in this time with no problems at all.

Absolute scam of a company, appalling customer service (check trust pilot). Wife's steam iron always broke 10 year guarantee not worth the paper it's written on. Stay well clear

Heavy cordless, lighter than some, but difficult to manoeuvre for older person. Had cordless Bosch before which was.much.lighter but broke down a lot. Polti a bit easier to empty but need to upend whole machine above bin! Tried to register Polti but site really difficult. Gave up as refuse to pay to.phone them.

Bought a new iron - vaporella. AMAZING even my husband can use it. Love this brand.

I purchased a Polti Forzaspira 21.9v slim cordless vac from Ideal Shopping Direct 20th January 2020 in September 2021 the battery run time was only 3 minutes I contacted Polti on 12th Novmber and was told that they would send me a replacement battery as it was still under warranty. On the 19th I received an email which said they were out of stock and would have a delivery the following week and one would be sent to me as soon as they arrived. On 9th December I sent another email asking when could I expect delivery of a replacement battery to which I got no reply sent another 2 emails still no reply. I telephoned them again and was told that they had had a handful of batteries delivered but they had all been sent out and i would have to wait for the next delivery which would be sometime in January 2022 i would not recommend buying this cordless cleaner as i have found that the after sales service is poor
