I have had a leak from my roof leaking into my bedroom for good 2 years now. Kept ringing the housing but they just kept promising that they will come out and repair but best I got were inspectors and promises. I tried painting multiple times but every time it rained again, it came back through. Tried council as well, ombudsman and local MP but didn't get anywhere With me having asthma and my kids starting coughing and housing doing absolutely nothing, I rang up and had these folks out within 2 hours to get onto the housing. Within 3 weeks I had scaffolding up and the housing fixed the roof. Definitely recommend, they're helping some of my friends out as well.

Unfortunately not every landlord is taking care of there tenants. As a foreigner I didnt know about this kind of help. They sorted out all my neighbors problems and thats why I know that I have to give them a call. It was so quick, they came ASAP, done full survey job in my house, basically they look in every corner and I felt that They definitely knows what They are doing. After I made a claim, my all housing disrepair problems has been sorted out. Its sad that nobody told me that before that I could just like that to fix my problems in the house and it would not cost anything for me. I wish that more people would know about this.
