Let me start by saying I would recommend Geoffrey Miller Solicitors with no hesitations 100%. Not only because I got acquitted of my unfortunate offence, but because of the high level of communication verbally and written. Extremely professional and concise. Mr Austin is an integral asset to this firm. As I have never been in this situation before, he explained every detail to me properly and concise, his assuring way of not an acquittal which I got, but that they will be ardently exploring every detail and discrepancy no matter how small of the situation to ensure a positive outcome in my favour, Which I got, so grateful. The entire team at Geoffrey Miller Solicitors, from my first phone call to receptionist, to Catherine, to Jeannette and everyone onwards didn't make you feel like just as another case but expressed empathy and heartfelt concern, especially of course Mr Austin. My Solicitor on the actual day Mr Phillip Lucas, was extremely professional, patient and understanding which meant a lot to me and my family. The pre trial advocate can do with some interpersonal skills training and patience. Genuinely couldnt be happier with there service, Catherine especially always making time to walk me through the process and help me understand what is happening. After dreading having to go to trial Geoffrey millers managed to get my case dismissed before the trial started. Definitely recommend there services.
