Please do not use this company change your policy to another more known one. My 12 year old dropped his phone and the screen broke. They will not fix it. They just take your money and then try to get away with you not being able to make a claim. Absolutely vile. Dick Turpin had the decency to wear a mask when he robbed you. I I wish I could give 0 stars. Absolutely disgusting my son needs a phone for walking to an from school for safety. You do not care about your customers. Well guess what. My direct debits cancelled and my friends and family will be doing the same.
