        I used this company before I sold my home. I wanted the buyer to not have to worry about any potential cleaning. Shay was an amazing technician. He pursued excellence in his job. A benefit of rat proofing is that you are also fire proofing all of your vents. While this was not inexpensive, I think the folks at Efficient Loft Insualtion worked hard and worked until the job was finished.

        I highly recommend using Efficient Loft Insulation. They recently removed all the very old insulation. Their process is explained in great detail along with pictures. What I liked was the fact, that once the old insulation was removed, they actually vacuumed the entire space, sealed all the cracks/openings before installing the new insulation.

        I can recommend this company. From start to finish they were outstanding! Shay and his team were great. Shay took the time to explain the work and provided before and after pictures of air ducts. These guys are real professionals!

        Shay did such great work that I am writing this review before they have even left my house. Clean and professional, on time and incredible work of floor insulation. I don't think a contractor has ever made me this happy. Job well done! I cant say enough.
