        Look smart but poorly fitted and impossible to get back out to repair them.

        Absolutely phenomenal customer service. They fitted doors prior to us moving in a few years ago. Recently one of the doors became an issue so I sent in an enquiry. Within an hour somebody had been and temporarily fixed it then returned after the weekend to fit a whole new set of hinges. All covered by warranty. I could not be more impressed with the service.

        To the member of staff driving van WN19 on the M60 at 09.15 today: You represent your business when you are driving, particularly when its name is splashed all over it! Lane hogging and then flipping off members of the public is not the kind of attitude or professionalism that your customers will be looking for.
