Great Places Housing Group

I don't know what's happened to great places. I've lived in my house for 26 years and never had any repairs complaints. Past few months have been a nightmare. Either not turning up to planned appointments, turning up out of the blue outside agreed time, not ringing me back when I've requested a call back. Happing once is an accident, but it's continous these days. Every time I've had to phone, something else goes wrong. I have to arrange my work hours to make an appointment and they also have my hard earned money to pay my rent, mine doesn't get paid for me. I'm not asking for special treatment, just an ounce of respect and manners would be nice.

My 73 year old dad, who is currently suffering with a chest infection has been waiting since 1pm today for someone to come fix his leak, he has no water, meaning no heat, and wont leave the house incase someone turns up, even at this time!!! I am furious! How can you tell someone youll be there then not even ring to say you cant, he could be warm at my sisters house right now but instead hes worried hell miss someone turning up! Im so upset that the elderly can be treated this way in minus degrees. You should be ashamed! Its disgusting treatment!

I would like to thank George for going above and beyond in helping myself with an everyday issue thats made my daily life so so helpful. I have mobility issues and George has helped me with a daily task I had the most difficulty in fulfilling. Thank you so much George
