Rooms: Floor may have been more comfortable than the bed Nearby activities: Dangerous location to walk around Safety: My room had an interconnecting door to another room (spooked me out as single female) I checked and found the door unlocked, so I locked it but presumed you could open from either side. There was a single bed against it but it did not provide me with much comfort. I had went bed 8.30 as had very long day, but around 11.30 heard noise while asleep and then did not feel safe and hardly slept a wink, I will not use your chain ever again Food & drinks: I did not arrive until late and the gentlemen that was serving at night was the one and only thing that I can compliment about the whole experience oh, not so true, there was the sweet lady in the morning who got me a hairdryer. (mine didn't work) , who was cleaning rooms and also helping with breakfast/kitchen, even saw her help receotion. She is full energy, enthusiasm and is so very capable. She is run ragged management, but she won't tell you as she gets energy from that, your job is to protect and manage that, wake up and give this lady the recognition she so truly deserves and she should be running the show, and note probably very is underpaid and seriously undervaled!!!! Make it right! Note a colleague of mine was also staying here and said her hairdryer worked but was complete waste of effort. I get budget hotels, Been there done that, believe you me, but try b+b, hostels, or anything else over this chain
