Ordered one of there REU 7 speed controllers back in July 2021, one of the channels failed after 9 months which was replaced under warranty but I had to repurchase a replacement unit then return to Just Fans the worst company going, but its sytemair kit that is failing. I then spent 6 weeks being ignored and chasing justfans on an update on warranty claim, when Justfans eventually send me my refund, the replacement speed controller from systemair then also fails after 2 months of usage, so now I have the trouble now of going thru the whole process again of trying to get this awful kit replaced, or bite the bullet and just purchase a different controller from another manufacturer, these controller cost me almost 400, not a cheap product!!!

Contacted Systemair with a bespoke ventilation enquiry, great communication with a good understanding of our requirements. Systemair came back with a number of options, backed up with technical data and specifications. If you have any ventilation requirements we recommend touching base with them.
