Ordered at 11pm by midnight had no update so I rang to be told the driver hadnt collected it yet. At 12:30 I rang again and they said the driver had picked it up 20 minutes ago. At 1 I rang again to be told the driver had left it outside my flat building as he couldnt ring me and was to stupid to figure out the intercom system. No attempt was made to tell me it was left outside so when I rang they told me it had been the 15 minutes. I went down on the off chance it was still there and it wasnt, who knows if it was ever left there in the first place or maybe someone decided to take it. Will not be ordering from here again any time soon. Staff on the phone refused a refund stating theyd done the bare minimum of delivery.

One star is too generous. Shouldve read the most recent reviews before ordering as I thought maybe I was imagining things but truly the service was disorganised, disgusting and not worth a penny. Waited over an hour for food - had to chase up multiple times. Driver marked the order as delivered which made it harder to chase up with Uber. Kept getting promised it was coming. When it was pointed out that marking an order as delivered when it hasnt been is wrong, they laughed. Didnt offer any sincere apology or solution- food of course arrived cold. It begs the question of why a delivery service is available when you only have one driver?

Seond time trying this place and was disappointed, Good bits The beef smash burger was nice and Juicy, nice milkshake and waffle and the strawberry crush drink were nice and delivery tike was good however the bad parts the smash burger was super thin and not as big as when they first open also I had missing toppings and bun was differnt , the crush drink altho nice it was ONLY 250ml kids size and not the usual 330ml The chips were nice and crunchy but has a weird taste nothing like I've had before I think the oil they were fried in is used to cook other stuff The peri burger was my biggest disappointment it was super thin like half 1cm like the smash patty and a massive bun , very shocking considering they do fillet burgers that are 10 times bigger I would feel ashamed and embarrassed if I was the chef or owner trying to sell that to somome for 3.50 its barely worth 1 , it seems since they open they are cutting corners to make more profit . Such a shame as it was good first time when they opened
