Following the recent untimely death of my wife I found it necessary visit the DWP/Job Centre Plus in Salford. After just a few minutes of arriving, I was called up to the desk by the attendant Janet. After explaining my situation to her, and what I had been advised to do following a previous phone call to the DWP, I was met with compassion for my situation, I was put at ease by Janet and found she clearly understood the way I was feeling. The whole process was made simple and painless. Thank you Janet
